THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Deposit Euro 250 (to be paid upon arrival in cash). During the stay, if travelers cause damage to the property, they will be responsible for the related costs.

Pool towels provided on request with payment of Euro 2 each.

Wood for barbecue Euro 20 per quintal (if used). 

 

ARRIVAL:

In the afternoon between 15 and 19. In the event that, on the day scheduled for arrival, the customer is delayed, he is obliged to notify us by telephone on 3460998068 or 3391436363. In the event of an uncommunicated delay, we decline all responsibility and we will not reimburse the customer for expenses of any kind if the accommodation is delivered the next day.

 

DEPARTURE:

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event that, for any reason, the customer should cancel the booking, the penalty percentages listed below will be applied:

-75% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th and 15th day before the rental.

-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 14th day and the starting day of the rental, and in case of No Show.
